According to Slava Malamud, CSKA Moscow may make an offer to Mikhail Grigorenko. CSKA Moscow has his rights in the KHL after drafting him 8th overall. This may scare NHL teams from drafting him in the upcoming draft.

Leafs signs Komarov
The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed Dynamo Moscow player Leo Komarov to an entry level contract. The gritty forward has transformed from a pest into a strong all around player. He was drafted by the Leafs in 2006 180th overall. The catch here is that if he does not make the Leafs roster by November, he can return back to the KHL. Time will tell where he goes.

Saku Koivu resigns with Anaheim
Saku Koivu has agreed to stay with the Ducks for one more season.
The 37-year old centre recently signed a one year $3 million deal for the former Montreal Canadien's captain to play on for his 17th NHL season.
Although his point production has tailed off, Koivu is still a valuable two way player who centres a line with fellow Finn Teemu Selanne.
He scored 38 points in 74 games during the 2011-2012 NHL season, his third as a member of the Ducks.
